Hi, I'm Pramila Gupta, an 11-year warrior against Rheumatoid Arthritis. My priorities are simple: healthy eating, family time, and a peaceful life. Back in 2012, consistent stress triggered RA for me, causing chronic pain, joint swelling, and depression. Medications like steroids and Methotrexate brought side effects and weight gain.
A toxic liver scare made me question the true impact of these drugs. I also had two small girls to take care of. That's when I took control of my health and learned more about the disease. I shifted to an anti-inflammatory diet. My research also revealed the role of chronic inflammation and lifestyle in diseases, sparking a journey of self-discovery.
